Shipping & Delivery Policy

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Every ZOVX product undergoes a rigorous quality control process to ensure peak performance. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing and technical inspection before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

How long does shipping take?

Once dispatched, our standard international shipping times are:

  • Average Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.

Please note: While 95% of our packages arrive within this window, external factors beyond our control (such as customs clearance, holidays, or extreme weather) may occasionally cause slight delays. Delivery is managed by our global shipping partners.

Can I cancel my order?

To ensure the fastest delivery, orders are pushed to our production line almost immediately. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters the processing phase and cannot be cancelled.

I entered the wrong address!

Precision is key. Please notify us at support@zovx.store immediately if you provided an incorrect address. We can only guarantee corrections within the first 12 hours. Once the order is processed or shipped, we are unable to redirect the package, and no refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Technical Support & Damaged Items

We take great pride in our packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged due to transit handling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a replacement, you must provide:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo of the external packaging.

  3. A short video demonstrating the defect or damage. Once verified, a replacement unit will be dispatched to you free of charge.
