Our Commitment to Hygiene & Quality

At ZOVX, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Due to the personal nature of our products and strict hygiene protocols, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items (Technical Claims)

We stand behind our engineering. If your product arrives with a functional defect or transit damage, you must notify our technical support team at support@zovx.store within 48 hours of delivery.

Claim Requirements:

To process your technical claim efficiently, you MUST provide the following:

  1. Order Number.

  2. High-resolution photos of the external packaging and the device.

  3. A short video (10-20 seconds) clearly demonstrating the functional defect or hardware failure.

Technical Review Process:

All claims are strictly audited by our quality control team.

  • Verified Defects: If the defect is confirmed, we will dispatch a New Replacement Unit to you free of charge.

  • Refunds: Full refunds are only issued at our discretion in the rare event that a replacement unit is unavailable.

Note: We reserve the right to deny claims if the technical failure cannot be clearly verified via video proof, if the damage is caused by user-misuse, or if the claim is submitted after the 48-hour window.
